GP Carers Engagement Service
The GP Carers Engagement Service works in partnership with the Surgery and offers practical and emotional support to Carers. The Service provides advice and support around your caring role whilst also focusing on your wellbeing. We are here to support you as a Carer, covering a range of topics including discussing what matters to you as a Carer and, where necessary, referring/signposting you to other relevant services.
We understand that caring for someone can be difficult at times, especially given the current climate with many restrictions in place, but we are here to offer support to you during these times. At present we are offering this service via phone, email or video calls providing a confidential space for you to speak with someone regarding your caring role and any difficulties you may be facing.
If you would like an informal, confidential chat then please feel free to contact:
Angela James the Carers Engagement Officer by calling
